Users, I highly recommend that before doing an update in the Tasks session you interrupt the task process leaving the task inactive, make your changes, test them by manually running the task and once you have checked that it is generating the desired result you reactivate the task to run at the desired recurrence and time interval.  It is a matter of organization and quality assurance method of the code or algorithm created.  Even on the Xano platform you can change the task when it is active, don't do it!  since it would be like if you were to send an unfinished code to production or without testing it, the chances of generating inconsistent data and/or errors is huge.
In my opinion Xano could block edition on active tasks and allow it only with a inactivate task! Once edited the user re-activate it.
