Problem on set path

Hi, I am trying to form an object but the Key contains a period at the end, and when forming the object it does not consider the point[image.png]In this case var_key was used as path in SET filter[image.png]but, object has't period at end of key.

Are there any character restrictions on a path?

The period would denote a subpath of an object like in dot notation
