about remote_ip

I am a beginner, I am making an api to add users from flutterflow ,
but i get the remote_ip ,not my ip, i stay thailand ,get USA ip[截屏2021-11-18 下午8.26.09.png]

Coming from a noob -isn;t the second row supposed to say Value? instead of text?
