Can't find the random number function.

Hello,

This video(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sjP3tIACjqc) explains that there is a function for random numbers in the utility function. But like the screenshot, I can't find it.

Is this a bug? Anyone, please help me.

Random Number inside of  Security first go to the api function stack select security[random_number.PNG]Above image you can see
