Is there an endpoint wake-up time?

I'm on the free plan currently and it seems that after some time the endpoints "sleep"?

My first request after I haven't hit the api for a few hours takes very long. Each subsequent request is then fine.

 there is not but it looks like the free plan is having performance issues again. 

This happens every so often with abuse from someone. We will look into it this weekend.

In the meantime if you need something more stable immediately then a premium instance would be isolated with its own dedicated resources just for you.
