Update list of objects

Hi guys, I have nested list of objects. As the image, I have my main list of objects(1.Foods_List) and inside that, I have 1 more list of objects(2. multiple_addons) and finally inside that I have my last list of objects(3. choice_title). I'm stuck when I trying to update these records. How can I update these records? please help me with this problem! Thank you. [1.png]

    You are having trouble finding what to update within this thrice-nested array? Or you found your update and you are trying to commit it back to the data store?
