To use Xano for clients from larger companies i get questions about GDPR and if the hosting is inside EU.

How far away is the checking of the final boxes for full GDPR?

Looks like we forgot to update that section in the documentation.

Xano is currently GDPR compliant - https://docs.xano.com/security/gdpr

You can request a DPA for any plans that support that. Currently Scale and above as mentioned in the comparison matrix - https://www.xano.com/pricing/

Hi ,

do I understand correctly that if I have a plan "launch", my APP will not be GDPR compliant? Even if my server is located in Germany?
