    As far as I know, as of now there are not database triggers in Xano, so you don't have that direct route. 

    To address the issue for now, I'd make a function that does the job of sending a row to hubspot. And then make the various endpoints and tasks that add rows call that function. It's not perfect, but potentially not too bad!
