Cant set UTC time on Tasks

How can we set UTC ourselves instead defaulting to the browser UTC when we create jobs. Instead of calculating the difference yourself in order to get the correct time set.[Screenshot 2022-04-10 210908.png]

 your timezone is controlled from the Account page. All timepickers and displays will follow whatever you have set. By default it is your browser settings.
