conditional set filters. extending idea to images

I followed the first video in this tutorial on how to set conditionals. The twist is I am trying to update images if the the image file field is non-empty. I am not getting an update. Here is the reference tutorial

You won't be able to use a set conditional filter for the image. The image is dependent on the function: Create Image Metadata. So you will need Conditional function

IF 
file resource input | is_empty | = false

THEN 
Create Image Metadata
Edit Record

ELSE
Edit Record

I did the flow similar to the one you mentioned. I did a conditional create and update. Then I updated other fields, and then did a collective edit. I am getting a different error (just did a post please see the error, debug,
