Improve the change-email flow

I just changed my Xano account email address and have two recommendations:
1. Please email the old account for confirmation, or else they'll never know if their account is maliciously taken over. Especially important since Xano still doesn't seem to have 2FA 🙄
2. Not sure why, but this page doesn't specifically ask for my password, wasn't sure if that's what I had to input, or some random security question I'd forgotten about.
