Do you guys still do office hours?

I'd like to optimize the speed of a megalithic add-on (13 joined tables with 43 statements and 14 additional query statements including time and location comparisons). I've indexed everything the add-on touches and it hasn't sped up. (One index even seemed to slow it down 🤷‍♀️)

Do you guys still do office hours where I could pick your brains about the principles of add-on optimization?
