Does this just reset the data or does it delete all the tables, columns etc. as well?

    It resets the entire workspace and everything within it including all tables, columns, data, APIs, etc.

     is there a way to just reset the data? For example:

    While testing APIs etc. you end up creating records and what not making the ID #s increase. (Not that it has any effect on the functionality) but it would be nice/appealing to start each table record @ #1 again after we finish building our backend in Xano.

    You can clear all records on an individual table and reset the primary ID. Just go to that table and select the menu icon in the top right then select clear all records. Check the box to reset the primary ID to 1 if you'd like to do so.
