Have the "Add" function item button add to the top of the Function stack

This is a minor request 😁.

Since the "+" for function items is now on each function line and at the bottom of the function stack, it would be great to have the main "+" in the function stack header add the function to the top of the stack. That is the only location that you can't use a "+" to add a function item.
