Is it possible to change the owner of a workspace?

I would like to know if it is possible to change the owner of an instance/workspace.

More specifically, as an agency, if I transfer ownership of another existing instance to that a new account that I have created for the customer: can this new account then be transferred to the customer later?

Or does this new account need to be created by the customer from the start as there is no way to change ownership after?

Typically, the client will be the one to create the account, but if you'd like to handle this for them, transferring the account to them would be as simple as updating and / or sharing credentials.
