columns not displayed correctly into a table

Hi, strange things with column into my database when displaying "contact" table content. The first column size is not correct, and all column not align with titles. Last columns are greyed, but no hide fields… the only way I have to align and see it again is to hide then un-hide desired column to watch it normally.

the bug is in the column name "customer_id" which is linked to a second table named "customer". When hide, no trouble. When visible it displaying on larger size over the 4 next columns.

I'm also having the same problem.

Cells not displaying correctly and enable to resizing the columns.
