Hi xano team

My one of instance plan expire soon plan which end this month but i will not renew that so what happened ? i have some question

  • Can i have access of my instance ?
  • Plan will be downgrade to free plan?
  • How can i backup my data?
  • Still my API and database are working?

Please let me know

    Hi @Khan aqib - if you do not renew your subscription, you will lose access to your instance and it will be archived for 60 days before being deleted. Your APIs and database will not longer work once the subscription ends.

    You can always export your data from the settings page of the instance if you wish to hold onto it.
