We're looking for someone new to join our Customer Success team as a Customer Success Associate!

In this role, you'll be mainly responsible for:

• Working with the team to handle all inbound support requests
• Creating awesome documentation and video content to help enable other Xano users
• Collaborating with Customer Success and the rest of the team to ensure that we're meeting the needs of our user base and doing so in a scalable manner
• Participating in weekly Office Hours and Orientation sessions
