CSV file import problems - "scalar value" ?

HI all.

Hope someone can help me.

I am trying to create a function which allows a user to import csv files on a daily basis.

The files will need to be appended to the end of an existing table.

When i try to test the function - i get a "text filter requires a scalar value"

really need some expert advice please.
