🔒 Database Record Lock

We've introduced the ability to 'lock' a database record inside a database transaction when retrieving it from the database using Get Record or Query All Records. This means that when the record is locked, it can not be modified by other APIs until the lock is released. This ensures proper iterative database transactions for the platforms that need it (such as financial applications).
