Rogue Add Records

Hello,

I'm experiencing an issue where rogue add records continue to add onto one of my tables. Every time I delete them, they come back. In addition, they are referencing October 9th. I also think they prevent me from adding records with my APIs even when I have successful

results.

This is a result that ran after the rogue records were added, but nothing was included in the table
