Has anyone used Nylas in their setup?

Im building a somewhat niche CRM system that relies heavily on users managing, logging and screening high volume emails. Slogging through the various mail client setups is disheartening. Im looking to build an MVP on the side, as I service my consulting clients. Just looking for any input. Maybe someone knows of a better system.
