? Reminder: Upcoming Read-Only Period & Platform Migration

We are super excited about the unveiling of our new community platform next week! We quickly wanted to remind everyone about the read-only phase so that we can all be prepared and know where to find Support during this time. 

Here is what you need to know: 

Read-Only Phase: Starting Monday, November 13th at 11:30 am PST, our community will be placed on Read-Only mode. This means that you'll be able to view the content but will not be able to create posts or comments. 

Find Support: If you have any questions or run into any issues between Monday, November 13th, and Wednesday, November 15th, please contact Support. Simply click the 'Support' option located in the lower-left corner anywhere in Xano, and we'll be there to assist you.

Why Read-Only: This pause allows us to migrate our data to the new platform without losing any valuable posts or comments we've all shared here.

New Platform Launch: We'll unveil the new community platform on Wednesday, November 15th, 2023. 

Stay Informed: Once the new platform is live, we will send an email announcement to let you know you can jump back into active conversations, explore new features, and enjoy the new and improved community experience.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this short transition period. We can't wait to see you on the new community platform!
