Data base architecture multi tenant or not?

Basics question. 
I'm building an app for my own business. But I want to be able to sell the app to other simular businesses eventually. 

I'll have about 15 or even 20 database tables. 

If I want to make the app so that I can sell it in future. How do I structure the database in Xano?

For example do I effectively copy and paste the database tables in Xano to blank new ones and then build a custom version of the appgyver front end linking to the new tables for each new client? 
Each client will have their own Iist of users that they can add also.
