Not understanding cURL auth key instructions

All my past api calls have used an Authorization/Bearer format or added the key to the endpoint URL as a parameter. I've encountered a new kind of authorization format, and I'm not sure how to translate this into Xano:

I have the API key in question. I just don't know how to put it into Xano.  , any chance you could screenshot me an example?

 if you do import curl, it will handle it for you. The -u command definitely is not straight forward but it will do it for you if you import curl.

Do you have a curl example you can import?
